FAQs

What are Points of Alignment?

Points of Alignment refer to the foundational components or key elements of an endeavor that are critical to its success and require alignment among participants. These elements can broadly encompass the core objectives, strategies, methodologies, work items or activities, concepts, and resources that the endeavor relies on from its inception to completion. This concept applies not only to projects but also to initiatives, campaigns, organizational changes, topical learning, and any collective effort aimed at achieving a shared goal. Breaking down an endeavor into these points of alignment helps in ensuring that all participants have a shared understanding and agreement on its direction, priorities, and execution plan. This approach enhances decision-making, and facilitates a unified drive towards achieving the CommonGoals.

Can one person submit all perspectives?

Yes. In "Managed Mode" a project manager or analyst can submit all individual perspectives directly or by simply uploading their notes from conversations. There is an option to send those perspectives to stakeholders for their review and refinement or just go ahead with the analysis to game out friction points and leverage the branded meeting materials/discussion guides outlining critical decisions.

How does pricing work?

Packages are based on number of team members initiating alignments and stakeholders offering their perspective: up to 7 in Pro and up to 21 in Corp per alignment. Corp accounts also include expanded visualization, video and negotiation guides.
